Playing with it some more I see it is as designed to accommodate large
description. I think the usability
would improve if the Icons where large enough to have two lines of text
and thinner. You also don't
need the whole text for most of the descriptions. For instance
"Hyperlink Dialog". You really only
need "Hyperlink". I also know that the extra width is needed for
other languages, but the width
could be reduced by 1/3 and still leave plenty of room.
