Hello Torstein,
If you have OOo 1.x, go to File > AutoPilot > Install New Dictionaries.
If you have one of the 2.0 betas of OOo, go to File > Wizards >
Install New Dictionaries.
This will start a macro which will download and install dictionaries
in many different languages.
After installing you new dictionary, you will need to associate
the text with the language by going to Format > Character. Then
when the dialog box appears, select the Font tab and choose the
proper language from the drop down box.
