Thanks for the response Dale, You mean the paper size option in menu: Format > Page? I've already change it into Legal from the beginning. It's very frustating, especially from the management point of view. My boss hase been trying to assure other department that OO can handle it. But, the debate whether we should roll back to MS Office is getting hot here.
