i ask this because i'm not sure if this is about fontwork or
bastardization known as 'fontwork gallery' ;))
for fontwork objects you easily can change almost all parameters as for
the normal text.
in both 1.1.x and pre-2.0 just select the text in edit mode and apply
parameters, including font
