It is not easy to find but try this :
- in the "Custom Animation" task window click on "Add .."  and in the 
"Entrance" tab "Fly In" and press Ok
- Now click oin the effect options button ( "..." just to the right of the 
"Direction" button
- In the "Text Animation" tab choose "By 1st level paragraphs".

and test :)
