Actually, I'd like to do that! Parts of the manual
that annoys me is when a procedure includes a display
that does not at all look like what's on my screen.
Many times, the present manual will say click XXXXXXXX
box, but there is no XXXXXXX box.I'd really like to
participate in creating the manual. I'd like to find
out how you put a screen display in the manual.
However, if I have to spend $$$$$$ for added software,
i can't do that.
greg, you can just download the gimp to take screen shots of the
appropriate windows - it's free..
Hi Wesley,
Care to join us and get the documentation thing rolling? See you on the
[email protected] mailing list. Lot's going on and lots
to do.
Greg, I'd love to - but I don't want to commit to something if I'm not
going to be at it full force. Right now I'm writing the leader's guide
for a small group study I wrote, keeping our web-page up to date,
writing a novel, and doing my daily routine....
But there is something appealing about giving back to this community
that's given me this great tool that I use every week...
Keep pushing...
Wes
The nice thing is that you can do as little or as much as you desire :-)
Take a chapter, spend an hour or so fixing it and then give it back.
Life is good!
