Dear openoffice helpline,
I have just changed from works 95 to your program but as a novice I am lost as 
to know how to do letter heads and then how to save a letter when I write/type 
one on your program .
I would be grateful if you could assist me with this. I do not understand p/c 
jargon and also thought I was connecting to a free service when I connected to 
you. The reason I ?? this is because I see that I am a registered member.
For any help you canafford me I would be happy.
