Hello. I recently installed OpenOffice.org 2.0 for Windows on a client's laptop, and noticed that, in OOWriter, the following keys didn't do anything:
- Backspace key - Delete key - Insert key - Page Up - Page Down - Home - End I immediately thought it might be some function key that might be pressed, so I checked that and nothing was on. Next step I did was fire up OOCalc and OOImpress to see if the problem was there too. Curiously, the problem *does not* affect OOCalc and OOImpress, and in fact, it doesn't affect any other program that I tested (including the Microsoft Office suite). The keys do what they suppose to do in every other program. I even tested the same OpenOffice.org build for Linux on the same laptop (using a live cd with the program) and the keys work there fine with every program from the suite, so the problem is with OOWriter for Windows only, apparently. I was wondering if anyone could help me debug this problem, which of course is highly annoying for someone who has to write texts and not being able to delete with the keys what they just wrote.
