There are instructions for unsubscribing from the list in every single
email that you receive from the list.
Pick one of them. Any one of them. No - seriously - just pick one of them.
Now click on it.
OK.
Now Click the 'unsubscribe' link.
You're going *really* *really* well.
Now send the email.
Great!
Now wait. You will get a confirmation email.
Click on this confirmation email. That's right.
Read it.
Done reading?
Do what it says.
And yes, if you can't manage to unsubscribe, maybe swearing will help
you out. That will motivate people to help you, because people like it
when you swear at them.
