First of all, please use upper case letters for the first word of a
sentence or proper nouns. All caps usually indicates you are "shouting".
Any US web site will be fine to download it from. If you have dial-up
service, remember that it will take several hours to download it (as in 7-8
hours). Cable or DSL modem download times are usually less than 30 min.
To the right of the drop down list of operating systems is a link:
Setup Guide (pdf). Click this link first, and download the Setup Guide. This
requires you having Acrobat Reader (Adobe Reader), but you need to know what
is contained in the Setup Guide before installing OpenOffice.org 2.0.

Unless you are experienced in using office suites, I would recommend beginning
with the Getting Started Guide listed at the above link.
