Strange. I have just checked that I can download it.
Well, anyway - here are four tests I've just done:
1. Delete TOC and recreate it on the file that was already converted by OO
2.0. New TOC is incorrect.
2. Delete TOC from the file converted by OO 2.0. Save the file. Reload it
and recreate TOC. New TOC is also incorrect.
3. I have also tried something I'd prefer not to do as I've been working on
the file in question for about one day using OO 2.0 before I've found out
that TOC was incorrect and this way I'd loose all of the changes.
Delete TOC using OO 1.1.4 on the old sxw file. Save it. Load using OO 2.0,
convert to odt and recreate TOC. The result is still the same - new TOC
lacks all "Contents 1".
4. I have also tried to recreate TOC as at (3) using OO 2.0, but without
saving the document as odt and the result is also the same.
Yes, I have tested ExtendedPDF without any positive results. I'm not sure if
those tests were done on that file, but it's possible. If that's a known
problem are there any known ways of fixing the file?
