Hi Chad,

Thanks for your help, but I still need to know how to read ODT documents inside
Internet Explorer in
Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (as I did when I had Windows XP Service Pack 1).
I work in a large organization where the transition from Internet Explorer to
Firefox hasn't yet been decided.

Hi Manuel,

Glad I could help. I'm sorry it doesn't open in IE, but at least you can see
it in Firefox.

Have a great day!

Hi Chad,

As you predicted, reinstalling OOo 2.0 didn't help.
I have already tried to open ODT files in Firefox and there are no problems.

Thanks,

Manuel Carrusca

I didn't know this was possible at all. In fact, aren't there projects out
there specifically to allow ODF files to be displayed in browsers?

Either way, I doubt that reinstalling OOo will help, since it's IE that having
the problems, not OOo. Try opening it in Firefox and see what happens.
