I believe that you have lost  or will lose a lot of users because of  
the poor programme.  I downloaded Version 2.01 because of the faults in 
ver 2.0.  Guess what?  there are more errors in 2.01. 

THE MAJOR IS  I CANNOT THE HELP PROGRAMME.

May be I have to revert to MS.  I have been a great believer in )0.0 but 
I have grave doubts now.
