Well the Help instructions are _NOT_ useful. There is no border option or
icon.  I found that one could put a border around an OLE object by
opening the object and clicking on the frame so that the green points
appear and then selecting Format > Object > Line and setting the line to
what is needed. Since this is a bug I have opened
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=60227 Please add your
