The following answer taken from a search of the knowledge base at:

Answer #425 : Why do I keep getting the error - Interval Error "GetStorage - no
content"?
This is a well known problem that happens occasionly with the Common.xcu
file. Occasionally, MicroSoft Windows corrupts that file, and it has to
be rebuilt. You can do this simply by re-installing OpenOffice.org, or
you can follow through the manual procedure listed on the OpenOffice.org
archives.

You may find the instructions to fix this in:
http://documentation.openoffice.org/faqs/installation/026.html ,
in the Troubleshooting section of
http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/OOo1.x.x/user_guide.pdf
and
http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/OOo2.x/user_guide_draft.pdf
</Q>

Hope this helps.
