Hi Nancy, My last response was given in regard to OOo (OpenOffice,org) documents, containing pictures, being exchanged (emailed) between computers. From your reply, it now sounds as if this is a question about emails with normal image file (eg. jpeg) attachments. In which case your question has nothing to do with OOo which is why my previous response would have made no sense to you. I am afraid this list is not a forum for general computer issues and unless some other list subscriber can offer a more specific recommendation, I can only suggest that you search for a list or newsgroup dealing with email issues.
