Hi John,
What's your operating system? On all the Windows installations of OOo I've done, there's always an item in 'add / remove' programs. Running the setup program in the OOo program directory also gives you the option to uninstall. If you're running Linux, removing any program is cryptic as far as I can see (apologies to Linux lovers. I want to be one too, but I'm trapped in MS land).

Thanks,

I tried normal uninstal procedures, but I was blocked - I don't even know what Linux is - perhaps like Omega, the last word in programmes I was told, but now I have a computer no one has even heard of it.

Anyhow, I am managing to tame the programme and save as MS Word docs, so I can print them at TeleCentres or transmit them as attachments to MS land.

Regards
John
I note, as stated in my registration, that there does not seem to be an üninstall" feature built into this programme - this makes me feel hemmed in - I appreciate being free of Microsoft on one level, but the choice of uninstall while making a change is important - I am a photographer and printmaker who uses traditional means - computers are something I now use from necessity - for writing to friends I still use a fountain pen.
