Have you installed x11? -- you can download it from Apples website or do a custom install from the CD/DVD that came with your computer.

BRFORE you go through that much trouble, and then find out that the fonts are different, the menus move with the windows, printing is "different" and the command key no longer does anything useful -- is there a feature in 2.0 that you can't wait until the neo office folks do their magic with 2.0?
