[users] I NEED HELP

[Marcia Sofonoff]

My name is Marcia Sofonoff
Any time I try to do a page of work as soon as I type my name on to the page 
then hit enter, my last name changes to unoffical. I've tried everything I can 
think of plus help from others to make it accept the word Sofonoff. How do I 
fix this?
