I'm sorry, but there is some kind of disconnect here. I draw the line I want the text to conform to. I Open View>Toolbars>Fontwork. I select the text.

Now what? How do I apply from the gallery? What do I apply from the gallery?

Thanks,
Bruce

I still can't get it to work. When I select the text, I get the same context
menu as when the line itself is selected. I can't find "Fontwork" in the
menu. I've tried everything I can think of, but I can't find a way to format
text as Fontworks.

Open View > Toolbars > Fontwork to get the toolbar. Select the text and
apply from the Gallery.
