I ordered the "Think All" discs a while ago and got the openoffice disc and three other ones that I chose from thinking they were free. Well, I got the bill taken out of my account!!!! None of them work on my computer so they are worthless to me. About three weeks later I got another set of them, the same ones I might add, and I sent them right back in the mail. But you are still taking them out of my account!!!! I don't want these discs and want my money back!!!!
I have a year old computer and it still didn't work. I have no use for them at all. I will keep the first ones, but the other ones I sent back and you still took it out of my account!!! Please fix this or I will be sending this all to the BBB!!!! Dianna Little-Johnstone
