I know that 'Times' isn't the same as 'Times New Roman' etc. Do the fonts you're refering to have identical names? I don't know the mechanics of the font system I afraid. My Calc (OOo2.0.2) shows both 'Times' and 'Times New Roman' while Writer doesn't show 'Times'. (??) OOo will carry the original font names in the document, and apply substitutions if a font with the same name can't be found. So a document with 'Time New Roman' doesn't match 'Times', and will use something else instead. AFAIK. Also check your user defined font substitution list in Tools - Options - OpenOffice.org - Fonts. I don't know if this list is document specific or general. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
