Which brings up another related thought in my mind, having to do with the automatic bug reporter being discussed. There is another thread here about Times and Helvitica fonts being on the missing list, and the sugestion was to goto the "add fonts from the net" menu. Doing so gets me a message that apparently I don't have a network, but I do, a dsl connection, and everything else works, but OOo-2.0.2 can't find it. If it can't find the net, how is it to transmit a bug report? >> On 3/21/06, Henrik Sundberg <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: >> > 2006/3/21, Andy Pepperdine <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: >> > > On Tuesday 21 March 2006 13:58, Ross Johnson wrote: >> > > > One thing is for sure though - providing a good problem >> > > > description, clear reproducible steps and a sample test case >> > > > will usually get your report confirmed by the QA people more >> > > > quickly, and that means a developer will see it sooner.
