To obtain Microsoft PowerPoint, you'd need to go through Microsoft.
You might want to try OpenOffice.org Impress though. It does
presentations similarly to PowerPoint, and it will open up PowerPoint
files and it is able to save in PowerPoint format, if you direct it to.
