I have just downloaded and installed Open Office for the first time
I am a frequent business user but not in any way technically competent
I have a question which may sound naive but does not seem to be answered in
any of the FAQs etc
On the Openoffice installation wizard it says "openoffice.org 2.0 can be set
as the default application.............If you are just trying out
openoffice.org 2.0 you probably don't want this to happen, so leave the boxes
unticked."
Here's my question:
IF I DON'T TICK THE BOXES HOW WILL I KNOW IF OPEN OFFICE IS ACTUALLY WORKING?
