Despite the conversation that has taken place on this topic i am going to stick my neck out and guess you actually wanted something different to what is being talked about. I think you want page 2 to be numbered page 2 (not offset), and all following pages to be numbered accordingly. You want page 1 to be page 1 but no visible page number. But then again i could be wrong.
