that was done I lost Oo but many parts of it still exist on my computer

Please someone help me as I am not a fan of MS. I am also a newbie to
this and live in Venezuela and don't speak their language.

Did you check your download to see if it is good or if it is corrupted?
The install will fail with a corrupt download give errors like the one
you listed.
You can find information here to do a MD5SUM on your downloaded file.

If it is corrupted, you might want to try a download manager to help
with the large download. See near the bottom on this page:
