Harold:
Please do not use ALL CAPS in an email. This is the equivalent to
shouting, and volunteers may not respond to shouting.
Could you send us more information on the error (ie. what does the error
say?) as well as the version of OOo you have and your operating system.
This might help us to diagnose your problem.
