[users] Points and comma's

Dear Users,
 
.Calc
 
I would like to adjust the point (.) in collums with figures to a comma
(,)
 
For example; 
2259.31    should convert to 2259,31 
2140.91    should convert to 2140,91
 
I can offcourse adjust this manually but there should be a possibility
to select all and adjust automatically. 
 
Can somebody assist me ?
