I've read Issue 64581 about the removal of the option to allow users to

On the path to user data
On Linux: /home/<USER>/openoffice.org2/user/
On Windows: Documents and Settings\<USER>\Application
Data\OpenOffice.org2\user\
you can find:
registry\data\org\openoffice\Office
There is commun.xcu; can be edited in ascii-editor.
Pls close OOo and quickstarter first. Make backup. Be carefull. No
guarantee :-)
Can anyone tell me how to do this (under Win XP)?
Also, I remember an option to force 'Open...' to open files at the top
of the document, rather than at the insertion point of the last save,
but I have been unable to find this either. Does anyone know if this has
also been 'fixed' in 2.0.3, and if so, if there is a way I can unfix it?
I think this is Tools|Options|Load-Save|General > Load user defined
settings etc..
Greetings & Succes,
