Thanks, but unfortunately "Paste Special" is not an option I can choose under the Edit menu in OO, after I have copied text from a website (all copy/paste/paste special options are "grayed out), even after I copy text from my browser in to the clipboard.

Also, in my previous email there was a typo. "Ctrl+p" should have read "ctrl+v." Sorry for the confusion. And thanks again if you can offer help!

This is how I do my job, grabbing web content and formatting it with OOo for print. It works perfectly, just get familiar with the "paste special" instruction under the "edit" menu. play with it until you learn exactly which level works best for you in each situation.
