Yes you should definitely learn about CVS. Very useful. > 2) by browsing from > http://installation.openoffice.org/source/browse/installation/setup_native/scripts/ > > went to > > http://installation.openoffice.org/source/browse/installation/setup_native/scripts/downloadscript.sh > > then to > > http://installation.openoffice.org/source/browse/installation/setup_native/scripts/downloadscript.sh?only_with_tag=OpenOffice_2_0_3 > > and then I don't know where to go. > Hmm. Did you click on any other links such as "install_linux.sh" which would seem to fit your needs better than something labelled "downloadscript.sh" since you already have the RPMs? Try selecting the install and uninstall shell scripts that are appropriate and click the download link for each and save the file. Study the script before you use it so you know what to expect. Your other solution is to get your system admin to install for you. Whether or not you will be able to install the UI rpm for your OS is not something I know. > Thanks for your concern, > > > -- > > PLEASE KEEP MESSAGES ON THE LIST. > > OpenOffice.org Documentation Co-Lead > > http://documentation.openoffice.org/ > > > > --------------------------------------------------------------------- > To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- PLEASE KEEP MESSAGES ON THE LIST.
