Version 2.0.3 got off to such a rocky start that I've been suspicious of
it from the beginning. A lot of people complained because they lost the
ability to set template paths. There seem to be new bugs in it as well.
2.0.4 is reported to be not far away.

Are you using version 2.0.3? I had the same problem. My OS is Windows XP.
I switched back to 2.0.2 and the problem went away.
