Suddenly, a lot of programs that wouldn't scroll before start to work, and some programs that used to require me to click into a panel before it would scroll, start to scroll without clicking. I find it difficult to survive in Windows without KatMouse.

I can't guarantee that it will work in this case, but it's probably worth a try!
