The first time I log in on my PC I get a message to recover a file "EATING". Each time I click "Next" it indicates that the process has failed. I click "Send Report" but never receive a report. I've been clicking DO NOT SEND REPORT just to get the message off the screen. This has been going on for over 3 weeks. Suggestions?
