Are you sure you are using the Backspace key and not the Delete
key? I created two columns in Calc. The first one was a set of
numbers, and the second column contained formula (multiples of
Col. A). I used the Backspace key to delete a range of cells in Col.
B. The cell contents were erased. I selected another range of Col B.
Then I used the Delete key. Tha is what I got the dialog box you
mentioned.
I use the linux version of 2.0.3. This is the same behavior that
I have seen since 1.0.3 on Linux.
