In ALL instances where I've convinced management to dump MickySoft, there is 
a "rule from on high" that dictates a change to Linux and OO - like it or 
leave. These are all small shops. I don't think employers today are willing 
to mollycoddle someone just because they can't have their Maypo.....er, MS 
Word. ;)
