I would personally uninstall that version and installed 2.0.3 ... If you do however want to keep the version you have I would try the 'repair' option. Start the 'setup.exe' and select the repair option (this is from memory so apologies if I do have something wrong)...

Then if I try to use OO, I get the same message again. I've sent numerous reports, no help! I've reinstalled (I still have 1.0.1) and it didn't change anything.
