[users] adding dictionaries of other languages

I am using version 2.0.3 of OpenOffice.org. My problem is: how do I add more 
languages to the spell-checker, thesaurus etc.? I'm thinking of at least 
Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR), French (fr), German (de) and Japanese (jp)...
