When you downloaded it, you specified a location for it to go (into a folder, onto the desktop, etc.). If you don't remember where you put it, you can do a search for files on your computer. The file name you're looking for will be OOo_2.0.3_Win32Intel_install.exe if it's version 2.0.3 that you downloaded. (Just a general tip for the future, I have a folder setup on my desktop called "Program Install Files" where I download the installation files for any applications that I obtain on line. That simplifies finding these files, at least I find that it does.)

Then you need to unpack the file. Usually this happens by double clicking on it. Once it's unpacked, then I believe you click a file called Setup.exe which will install OpenOffice.org.
