Divide the amount of money that Microsoft has in it s"cash on hand account", by the costs of the law firms that SCO has, to find out how long that lawsuit will last.

Since it appears that none of the relevant judges have decided to rule that SCO filed a frivolous lawsuit, and as such, should pay court costs, attorney fees for the parties it sued, and triple damages to the court, for the perjury that SCO has committed.

The judge in the SCO/IBM case can't do that, yet, because the trial hasn't even officially started; it's still in the preliminary paperwork stage. However, SCO has already been officially spanked a few times.
