First ALL CAPS is equal to Yelling in email, and is generally considered rude or at least of bad taste. Second, I"m guessing, and could be wrong, that the problem you're really having is that you are opening a spreadsheet that used to contain data from another, or many other, spreadsheet. The problem is the OTHER spreadsheet(s) is gone and you need to know how to find the offending entry in the spreadsheet you want to open and get rid of that error.
