Soyeon:

Unless Korean law prohibits it, you should be able to pre-install 
OpenOffice.org on any PC that LG (Lucky Goldstar) produces and this is 
encouraged.  I would take a copy of the LGPL to your legal department and have 
them look at it against Korean law.
