Your product is very easy to use! My computer crashed & the guy who got it

I am a full time grad student in panic mode bcz I cannot purchase software
right now. Computer Nerdz told me about your free software.

I saved my work to my memory stick & when I went to print it at the library,
the file could not be read. I had to download your software there (avoiding the
librarian) to be able to print it out for class.

How do I save the files on my disk so I can read them from other PC locations
without downloading the software each time?

If you want to read them on systems that have MS Office installed,
you'll have to save them in the appropriate MS format. i.e. DOC or XLS.

This is not the only way, as other posters have stated. If all you need to do is READ the document (or READ and PRINT) but not edit it, the best approach is to export it as a PDF file. This is better than saving the file as a DOC or XLS format, because nothing gets lost in translation.

When you save a Writer document as a Word document, simple documents come out fine, but the more complex the document, the greater the chance that the formatting will be a bit "messed up" for lack of a more technical term. The content will all be there though.
