No there isn't but you can suggest to the developers of EndNote that they add such support. It would be trivial. You can provide feedback and suggestions for EndNote at: http://www.endnote.com/ensuggest.asp

OpenOffice has built-in support for maintaining a bibliography - I just had a quick browse through the OpenOffice help files, and it looks easy enough to use.

There is also a project to greatly enhance OpenOffice's bibliography support. See: http://bibliographic.openoffice.org/
They are currently looking for volunteers.
