Send as email does not work fro me either. Has not worked on any version 2.x of
OO.org. I had finally got it to work on OO.org 1.x but does not work on 2.x.
I am using Windows 98SE and Pegasus 4.41.

What do you look for under Tools/Options/OpenOffice.org Writer ? I do not
see anything about setting email client. Perhaps I am blind. What settings are
you referring to?
