Nice Picture. hehe. Einstein has been dead for some time, so he wont be coming out. OpenOffice.org doesn't employ anyone as it is an "Open Source" project, and not a company. The list you sent this message to, is monitored by many volunteers and helpful folks. I would suggest that you look into alternatives that are more suited to your environment.
