It is not 100% compatible. I would rate it, roughly speaking, as 90-95%
compatible. Some documents, especially those with complex formatting,
will get a little botched up in the translation. The content will be
there, but the formatting may not be quite right.
But remember that MSO isn't 100% compatible between editions either.
