The MailMerge function under the Tools menu would do that. It starts with a template document (which you can prepare ahead of time or as you do mailmerge) and a data document, like an OpenOffice or MS spreadsheet, and makes identical copies of the template document with the contents of each successive data document row in each final document. Template documents only work with one data document as the fields on the data document are pasted into the template where you direct them.
