Charles, How I got there was... You can use mailmerge for a single data line as well as a thousand. Your "form" would be the template document. The order information comes from somewhere, so why not just have a data document to store that information. You can then use the data form for other accounting functions related to your orders. If your order is row #120 on the data doc, only print page 120(times the number of pages in the template) of the merge document. Wolf
